Über mich

Studium der Soziologie, Kommunikationswissenschaft und Psychologie (Magister Artium im Jahr 1999)

Promotion in Kommunikationswissenschaft an der Philosophischen Fakultät der Universität Erfurt (im Jahr 2006)

Seit 1999 arbeite ich als freiberuflicher Coach, Forscher und Berater in den Bereichen des digitalen Innovationsmanagements und der digitalen Transformation in Unternehmen und Organisationen (u.a. Design Thinking, Scrum, Agile Management).

Seit 2010 bin ich zudem als Mediator und Trainer für Gewaltfreie Kommunikation (GfK) für namhafte internationale Unternehmen und Kultureinrichtungen tätig.

Hinzu kommen Lehr- und Forschungstätigkeiten an Universitäten und Hochschulen (u.a. in Empirische Sozialforschung, Soziologie, Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaft).
